Like an auburn red. If you go to Sally’s hair supply, they have color samples and you could just match it to your head and see which one looks best. I would suggest you do that before you buy the dye.

I really only hair about 5 or 6 grey hairs but they’re all up close to the front of my hair and somewhat noticeable. I can’t get the hair dye for grey hair because they recommend that you have at least 50% grey and I don’t. The hair dyes I’ve used so far do not cover the grey for more than a few washes. Thanks.

I’d just yank out 5 or 6. My friend uses a color touch up pen that is close to her hair color to hide her gray. She got it from a beauty supply store. Hey, if your hair is dark, get a sharpie and color them….seriously!

Question by Zoë: Can I redye my now light brown hair blonde without peroxide?
I first bought a box of blonde hair color to use on my medium brown hair. I was hoping it would lighten the color enough that I wouldn’t have to use peroxide. It didn’t turn my hair blonde though, only a light brown. Can I get away with simply using another box in a lighter shade? I’m wanting a dark golden blonde or dirty blonde color, not full out bleach blonde.

Also, I did the first box last night. Could I do the second this morning? I can’t stand the current color!

honey your hair wont get any lighter, you would have to bleach. But there is one product from Feria that lightens hair like 3 shades or so its for brown hair or blonde, its not so much of a bleach. i think you should check it out.
